HOW TO ARRANGE FOR YOUR STUDENT EXPRESS SHIPMENTS*
Step 1 - Call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at 1800 285-8888.
NOTE: Remember to quote that it is a DHL STUDENT EXPRESS shipment.
Step 2 - Let us know what items you need to deliver as well as their destination(s).
Step 3 - Our friendly customer service personnel will advise you on the shipping rates and any discounts or promotions you qualify for.
Step 4 - Register for proactive notification by giving us your contact information. We'll let you know via SMS or email once delivery has been made.
Step 5 - Sit back and relax; our personnel will pick up your shipment right from your doorstep.
Step 6 - Show proof of student status of either the sender or receiver at the time of pick up. Photocopies or original copies of the following certification must be presented for Student Express rates to be applicable.
