You will handle customers’ enquiries with professionalism and provide enhanced services to meet or exceed their needs. You will also recognise their problems and resolve them to the customers’ satisfaction.

You should have at least a GCE ‘A’ level and 1 year’s relevant experience in a call centre environment. You should also possess excellent interpersonal and PC skills, as well as be committed to service excellence and able to make decisions quickly. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.
